You are never too young to start walking the road of purpose. I know you probably have so much going on right now, you’re probably wishing you could just skip this season of going to school and sitting exams; maybe you’ve got parents who just can’t seem to understand where you are in life; you’re dealing with friends and their demands of who you should be, go or not go, and you’ve got all those changes going on! Yes I know the plenty of changes, emotional, mental, physical, the list is quite endless of what you as a teenager maybe going through.
I remember as a teenager, whoa there was a lot; I had quite severe family problems, relationship problems, friend expectations and wrong associations, which I never quite understood were wrong at the time; my body changing, and I just thought nobody understood me. I just didn’t have guidance on how to deal with some things. Well I’m hoping that’s not going to be you, I am Sylvia Vanessa and I am the Founder of Y2L aka You’re to LOADED
Y2L is especially here to guide you into a rich relationship with Jesus Christ who can realign your thoughts, break addictions and bring peace and comfort to your lonely or hurting heart, Y2L is here to help you achieve a better relationship with your parents and carers. Y2L is here to help you make the most of life, avoiding traps and deceptions,. Y2L is here as a resting place for you to sit in whilst you transition through your teen years, knowing that whatever you maybe going through you are not alone and that many others have walked the road you are walking, and I certainly have walked many roads, such as abuse, addiction, low self esteem, depression, suicidal thoughts, bad relationships the list goes on.
However, Y2L is here to point you to a loving God who created you and knows you and has an amazing purpose for your life. Your character, gifts, likes, godly desires, talents, are all given by God for good purposes. I know you want to live a healthy and wealthy life on earth. You are an amazing person, you are stronger than you believe, you are beautiful or handsome and your character is being shaped and formed and Jesus wants you solid in your relationship with Him, having the courage to drop and let go of anything ungodly that has the capacity to bring destruction to your life and society. He wants you to be the one that says ‘yes my life counts and I dare to dream and have a vision. God wants you to dare to live above the average and be courageous enough to work towards it with Him, saying, no-one or nothing is stopping me.
Y2L wants you working everyday towards your future, so in 2 years time, 5 years time and 10 years time regardless of the storms of life, you will say, God was good to me, He helped me and my life is better with Him than without Him.
One thing you are experiencing right now, which I never had is guidance, quality guidance. School is good, I am all for school, it has major place in your knowledge attainment and but it does not teach you how to live in purpose and making right destiny choices so that you experience fulfillment in life.
If God has given me the desire to start this initiative Y2L then know He has a plan and a purpose for you, you are His wonderful child and God has given me the ministry of reconciliation, as He has all of us who are in Christ.
So, I’m here to be real with you and I hope that through this site you’ll be able to connect, gain strength and build a great life. Y2L holds workshops to help you think about who you are and what you want to do and be for the world to see. So I hope you get the opportunity to be part of one of these life transforming workshops.
