Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Because You’re too LOADED
There is definitely more ahead of you than behind you.

Naturally as humans we will always look at what has happened and use that to determine our future. Why do we do that? Because that is what we can see. It is what has been our reality, therefore naturally we lean towards that, basing our future thoughts on that basis. But God says ‘I know the plans I have for you, plans of good, plans to give you a hope and a future’ Jeremiah 29:11

So who has the plans? God, right?
So let’s diligently follow the good desires which God has laid on our heart and we will get to our desired end, regardless of what we’ve experienced up to date.

You may not have been successful in that last interview, but did you ever think maybe that was just not the right job, regardless of how amazing it seemed. That friendship you so valued turned sour and you can’t understand why? Trust God. If it’s meant to be it will be worked out, if not, God has more than enough people on this planet to send another your way. And do remember, some people come into your life for a reason and for a season. Another amazing person will arrive!

There are numerous examples that could be made. The main thing is, there’s more ahead of you than there is behind you. Keep your hope alive, keep looking ahead, keep moving forward.
