Quote.
Learn from the past. Don’t live in it.
The Bible says:
Philippians 3:13 NTFE
My dear family, I don’t reckon that I have yet overtaken it. But this is my one aim: to forget everything that’s behind, and to strain every nerve to go after what’s ahead
Because You’re too LOADED
No one is without troubles and no one is without pain.
Life happens to us all at some point. Whether it’s to do with school, family, finances, health, work or marriage or a bunch of other areas in between.
I’ve had a bunch of seriously ugly, painful, shocking incidents, experiences, trials and situations, but I am still here. Still pushing on.
You must remember you are not the only one. The Bible tells us that all these trials are ‘common’. Ugly, uncomfortable, painful, but common.
Nothing lasts forever, we have been built with the strength to see them through.
We must push through and push on.
Jesus says ”I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”
Develop your relationship with God. Speak to godly counsellors and people you trust.
When it’s over, it’s over. If you keep looking back, it’s hard to move forward.
And I know that’s easier said than done. It’s hard, I failed many times, but my relationship with Christ keeps pushing me forward because I know what is ahead me, is better than all the rubbish stuff behind me.
And peradventure you believe you’re leaving good stuff behind. God is a Master planner and all things happen for a reason.
Even if it happened by mistake, God knows your journey and He can work it out for your good!
Much love in the Lord.
