Quote.
Better management, produces a better life – You don’t grow big to manage well; rather you manage well to grow big.

The Bible says:
Matt. 25:1-10.
Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. 2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: 4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. 6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. 7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. 9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

That’s why I want to spend a little more time on this area to ensure you get it!
Managing your time is mega important, because you use time to create your life.

Let’s talk about studies. If you don’t manage your time well when it comes to your studies, you will end up with a big mess!

Only the foolish don’t care, and unfortunately they will pay for their lackadaisical attitude.
But I know you do care and I know you want to succeed!
Not everyone is an A+ student, I certainly wasn’t. We all have different skills and talents, but you must do your best at whatever level you are at.

The big mess I spoke about earlier could mean: lots of detention; late submissions; getting on the wrong side of your educators; failing grades; not enough choices after school, college or university; lack of career choices which could could impact a whole lot of other things.
There is usually a reason why the management of studies is not a priority in one’s life.
Is it wrong friends? Not enough support at home? Feelings of depression, anxiety or something else?
There can be very genuine reasons which you may need support for and I encourage you to speak to people who can truly help.

But I plead with you, not to make your excuse laziness. Not managing your time wisely, could mean missing out on some great opportunities God has planned for you.
Where you live in the future for instance, how much you earn, meeting some great life changing friends. Every choice you make, affects another.

What do you enjoy? What are your gifts, talents or skills? What do you need more help with? What do you need to learn that’s going to help you in life?
Manage your time, to make time for it!
An Olympic athlete at age 18 didn’t get there by wishing, it took time management, hard work and putting themselves in the right environment with the right people.

You’ve got this!

Much love in the Lord.
