Quote.
Your words will make you or break you.
The Bible says:
Genesis 1:1
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Because You’re too LOADED
You have the ability to create what you want to see in your life, what you want in your future, and what you want right now. When God wanted to create the earth He spoke. He spoke what He wanted to see.
He called those things that were not, to be created.
Our words are powerful. As children of God, God is committed to perform what we say. The Bible tells us that The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. Proverbs 18:21
What does this mean?
Whatever you say is going to build your life positive or move your life into a direction you don’t really want to go.
If you keep saying, “this course is too hard, I just don’t understand this subject. Why am I so dumb? This exam is going to be hard, my nose is too big”
Words such as these does not only go into the atmosphere and create, they also shape how you feel. That’s evidence that it is creating. You cannot say, “I’m going to fail that test, I don’t understand, I’ll never get even 60% , I don’t like my eyes,” and feel good about it. That’s impossible. As you are speaking those negative words it will bring about a bad mood, it will cause a negative atmosphere around you.
There will be no smiles, no laughs, no bouncing of the feet. It will bring about worry and fear.
The opposite is true, if you start saying. “I have the mind of Christ, I’m going to do my best and allow God to do the rest. I can do this. I thank God I can see, I’m giving it my best shot. I have been to school, I have learnt, I may not know everything but I know enough to pass. I will scale this interview, they will see me as their best candidate. I trust the Holy Spirit to help me remember. I have an excellent memory, some people don’t have feet, I’m glad I have mine”
Don’t be shy with your words. Your thoughts and emotions will go in the direction of them. When the word of God says you will eat its fruit, it means you will be the beneficiary of what your words produce, so if it produces fear, depression or anxiety that’s what your experience will be.
It takes effort to speak well, speaking good things is not necessarily what we’re used to doing, because we see and hear so much negativity. You have to speak well on purpose. The best way to get started is to write down some positive words and sentences and deliberately say them to yourself everyday. Start your day with a daily devotion.
Believe me, it works! God is on your side. Those positive words will help you start your day well and will shape the rest of the day. Keep saying positive words , even when you don’t feel like it! Keep saying them even when the day hasn’t gone so well. Belief and consistency is key!
Trust me with this.
Much love in the Lord.
